A burn off oven is used to remove stubborn coatings of grease, paint, grime and previous Powder Coating from metal components.
It works by heating slowly to between 400 and 450 degrees celsius and then cooling down equally slowly to avoid warping or stressing the metal.
Once burning is complete, the metal is left with an ash residue which can then easily be blasted off.
With a large burn off oven, Centurion Blast Cleaning Ltd can handle industrial paint stripping projects including jigs, hooks, skids, grids, filters and slaves
We also offer Vehicle Paint Stripping services for classic and vintage car restoration.
Our larger burn off oven is 4m x 3m x 3m. Smaller items can be accommodated in our 2m x 2m x 2m oven.
