Powder Coating

Our Powder Coating division has a wealth of experience and can undertake any task given, be it large or small.

We use top quality products including the full range of RAL and BS colours as well as specialist colours, using the latest equipment producing a top quality finish.

Powder coating is applied electrostatically as a free-flowing, dry powder and then cured under heat, creating a tougher finish than conventional wet paint.

Benefits

Benefits of powder coating include:

As a powder, it does not require a solvent to keep it in a liquid suspension form.
The lack of a liquid carrier also means it can produce thicker coatings without running or sagging.
Plus results in minimal differences between horizontally and vertically coated surfaces.
And with no liquid carrier to evaporate, powder coating emits fewer volatile organic compounds (VOC).

Burn Off Services are also available.

Facilities

Our Powder Coating ovens are 9.6m x 3m x 3m and 4m x 3m x 3m, giving us the flexibility to handle large and smaller components of varying quantities.

If required, we can offer collection and delivery for commercial projects.
