Also known as ali oxide blasting, Aluminium Oxide Blasting is a blast finishing and surface preparation process.
The process applies aluminium oxide grit powder (an angular and durable Shot Blasting abrasive) under high pressure.
It is ideal for thin materials (e.g. aluminium extrusions) due to its fast-cutting action and is a softer alternative for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Our sizeable Aluminium Oxide Blasting facilities can accommodate projects up to 6m x 3m x 3m.
Larger items up to the size of our Shot Blasting bay can also be handled by arrangement.
